Payment will be made possible starting from September 17, 2018.

The following conference fees will apply:

Dear Participants, in case you want to register after the 15th of November, please email your request to info@eiba2018.eiba.org. We will respond asap.

Dear Participants, please note that all your transfers need to be done individually, i.e. a payment cannot be done for more than one person at a time. If paying with wire transfer please enter the following bank transfer title: EIBAPOZNAN_[number of your Order]. Otherwise we will not be able to recognise your payment. Thank you for your cooperation.

Accompanying person

The price for an accompanying person is 125 €. It includes the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner. Hence, accompanying persons cannot take part in any academic parts of the conference (i.e. co-authors cannot be registered as accompanying persons).

Prices for accompanying persons are not affected by the time of registration.

Refund policy

We understand that members who have registered for the conference may have to cancel their registrations due to unforeseen circumstances. While we try to accommodate cancellations to the best of our ability, any cancellation, especially late ones, put EIBA 2018 in a difficult situation. Due to the size of the conference, we have to make many of our arrangements well in advance and therefore cancellations come at a cost to EIBA 2018. Consequently, the EIBA 2018 organizers have developed a cancellation and refund policy that takes into account the needs and preferences of the conference and the participants. As such, please note that cancellation requests for an already confirmed registration will be processed according to the following schedule:

• Cancellation by the early bird deadline (October 17, 2018): 100% refund minus 25 € cancellation fee,
• Cancellation by November 17, 2018: 50% refund,
• Cancellation after November 17, 2018: no refund.
